{"id":64,"date":"2012-04-17T09:37:02","date_gmt":"2012-04-17T09:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sthelensresidents.org.uk\/?p=64"},"modified":"2012-05-04T17:43:14","modified_gmt":"2012-05-04T17:43:14","slug":"proposals-for-a-neighbourhood-forum-and-neighbourhood-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/sthelensresidents.org.uk\/?p=64","title":{"rendered":"Proposals for a Neighbourhood Forum and Neighbourhood Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The St Helens Residents Association is\u00a0intending to submit an application to RB Kensington and Chelsea, to establish a &#8216;neighbourhood forum&#8217; and to develop a &#8216;neighbourhood plan&#8217; for this part of North Kensington.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We will be doing this in conjunction with Woodlands Area Residents.\u00a0 The proposed area to be covered by the Forum and the Neighbourhood Plan extends beyond the St Quintin Estate, and includes the Eynham Road area in LB Hammersmith &amp; Fulham.
